Use of Service
- You agree not to use the Service for:

Plans, Payments & Billing
- All prices are listed in USD and billed monthly or annually.
- Starter Plan: 200 image generations/month, up to 1024×1024 resolution, core styles.
- Pro Plan: Includes everything in Starter plus 1,000 generations/month, up to 2048×2048 resolution, advanced customization, priority support, and commercial rights.
- Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.
- Refund Policy:
- Monthly plans: No refunds; you can cancel anytime.
- Annual plans: Refunds available within 14 days of purchase.
- We may update pricing with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Rights: You own the rights to images generated under your plan’s license.
- Our Rights: We may use anonymized data to improve our models and services.
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our platform code or algorithms.
Commercial Use
- Commercial rights are included in Pro Plan only.
- Starter Plan is for personal or non-commercial projects.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or misuse of generated content.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
Privacy & Data Protection
- We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
- Your data is stored securely on EU servers with SSL encryption.

Termination
- You may cancel your account anytime.
